REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Optimus Labs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is
committed to protecting your personal information.

1. General Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the incorrect product
  • Incorrect dosage or quantity selection
  • Improper handling, storage, or misuse
  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Products damaged after delivery

Because our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes, returned materials cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • An incomplete shipment

You must notify Optimus Labs within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

Your claim should include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping label

After reviewing your claim, Optimus Labs may, at its sole discretion:

  • Ship a replacement product
  • Issue store credit
  • Provide a refund if replacement is not reasonably possible

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation or outside the required timeframe may be denied.

3. Non-Delivery

Refunds or replacements may be considered only when:

  • The order was not delivered due to an error on the part of Optimus Labs
  • The shipping carrier confirms the package has been lost in transit
  • A claim is submitted within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date

Refund or replacement eligibility will be determined solely at the discretion of Optimus Labs following investigation with the shipping carrier.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If a cancellation request is approved prior to shipment, any applicable payment processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount where permitted by law.

5. Return Authorization

Optimus Labs does not accept returns without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized return shipments may be refused or discarded without refund or credit.
