SHIPPING POLICY

Optimus Labs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is
committed to protecting your personal information.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within two (2) to three (3) business days after payment has been successfully received, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.

Orders placed outside normal business hours may begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and are provided for convenience only. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Geographic location
  • Carrier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Seasonal shipping volume
  • Customs inspections or international processing (when applicable)

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method
  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before your order is finalized.

4. Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the selected shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Optimus Labs is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues resulting from:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Customs inspections or holds
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Optimus Labs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate customer-provided shipping information.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Optimus Labs within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

Your claim should include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the shipping package and product(s)

Claims submitted after the forty-eight (48) hour reporting period may not be eligible for review or replacement.
